Cancellation Policy

At NERR, a brand owned and operated by Kuchalag (kuchalag.in), all products are made-to-order to ensure quality and uniqueness. Because of this, our cancellation policy is time-sensitive.

⏳ Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
After 6 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as production begins immediately

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
The 6-hour window has passed
The order has already been processed or sent for production
The order has been shipped

💳 Refund on Cancellation
If cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider

⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may require verification before confirmation
We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails or if the order appears suspicious

🔄 Changes to Orders
Changes (such as size, address, or design) are only possible within the 6-hour window
After that, no modifications can be made

📦 Important Note
Since all products are custom-made, once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded (except in cases of damage, wrong item, or printing defects — covered under our Return & Refund Policy).
