Refund policy
At NERR, a brand owned and operated by Kuchalag (kuchalag.in), all products are made-to-order to ensure uniqueness and quality. Because of this, our return and refund policy is limited to specific cases only.
🚫 No Returns for Certain Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
Wrong size selected by the customer
Change of mind after placing the order
Minor color or design placement variations (due to screen/display differences)
📌 Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement / Refund
We only accept return or replacement requests if:
The product is damaged or defective
A wrong item has been delivered
There is a major printing defect
⏱️ Timeframe to Report Issues
You must contact us within 3–5 days of delivery
Requests after this period may not be accepted
📸 Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
Clear photos or videos of the product
Visible issue (damage/defect/wrong item)
Order details
🔄 Resolution Process
Once your request is verified, we will offer:
Replacement (preferred), OR
Full refund (in applicable cases)
💳 Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)
🚚 Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side (damage/defect/wrong item), we will cover the return or replacement cost
In other cases, return shipping (if approved) may be borne by the customer
❌ Order Cancellation & Refund
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
After that, cancellation and refund are not possible as production begins
🌐 International Orders
Refunds/replacements are only applicable for defective or incorrect products
Customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges are non-refundable
