Shipping policy

At NERR, a brand owned and operated by Kuchalag (kuchalag.in), all products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) to ensure quality and uniqueness. Please note the following shipping timelines and charges.

Processing Time 
Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. All-over-print (AOP) apparel may take 3–4 business days for processing.

Delivery Time (Transit)
Once dispatched, domestic delivery across India takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your pin code and shipping mode.

Remote Areas (India Post)
For remote pin codes not covered by our standard courier partners, orders are shipped via India Post and may take 3–15 working days, with limited end-to-end tracking.

 Shipping Charges
Air/Express Shipping: ₹54 to ₹65 per 500 grams (exclusive of 18% GST) depends on courier partner.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a parcel is undelivered and returned, it is stored for up to 100 days. Re-shipment requests will incur a storage fee of ₹20 + 18% GST per product, plus standard shipping charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email/SMS

Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
High order volume
Courier issues
Weather conditions
Customs clearance (for international orders)
We appreciate your patience in such cases.

 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct
If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply
