1. How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
All our products are made-to-order using trusted print and fulfillment partners.
- India orders:
Processing: 2–4 business days
Delivery: 3–7 business days
Total: 5–11 business days
- USA orders:
Processing: 2–5 business days
Delivery: 3–5 business days
Total: 5–10 business days
- International orders (outside USA):
Processing: 2–5 business days
Delivery: 7–15 business days
Total: 9–20 business days
2. How are orders fulfilled?
We work with reliable local and global fulfillment partners to ensure fast delivery, consistent quality, and smooth order handling across different regions.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to track your order in real time.
4. What is the quality of your products?
We use high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. Printing is done using advanced techniques to ensure durable prints that don’t crack or fade easily after washing.
5. How do I choose the right size?
A detailed size chart is available on every product page. Please measure yourself and compare before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us.
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship both within India and internationally. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
Since all products are custom-made, returns/exchanges are only accepted in specific cases:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item received
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos for verification
For size issues (customer mistake), exchange may be possible, but return shipping charges will apply.
8. My order shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please check with your neighbors or security first. If still not found, contact us within 24 hours. We will assist you by coordinating with the courier partner.
9. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it (before production starts). After that, cancellations are not possible as production begins quickly.
10. Will I have to pay customs or extra charges for international orders?
Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
11. Which currency will I be charged in?
All payments are processed in USD. Your bank may automatically convert the amount into your local currency.
12. How can I contact support?
You can contact us via email or WhatsApp. We usually respond within 24 hours.
