All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹)

Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes

Final price, including shipping charges (if any), will be calculated at checkout.

📦 Made-to-Order Process

All our products are made-to-order, which means:

Payment is confirmed before processing

Your product is specially prepared after you place the order.

⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations

Orders may be subject to verification before confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails.

❌ Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification

"Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hrs of placing the order. After that cancellation is not possible as production begins".

🔁 Refunds

📌 We only accept returns/refunds if:

The product is damaged

Wrong item is delivered

Printing defect

📸 Customers must provide photo/video proof within 3 to 5 days of delivery.

💰 Once approved, we offer:

Replacement or full refund

" As all products are made to order, returns are not acceptable for size issues or change of mind."

Notes:-

"International orders may include additional customs or currency conversion charges depending on your country". 

In rare cases of pricing or technical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order an issue a full refund.

Slight delays in payment confirmation may occur due to banking or network issues.
